Registration takes a frame number and an email address. Do it at handover and the rider is covered from day one.

By law, your bike dealer vouches for the fact that the bike is free of defects that would ruin or reduce its value or fitness for purpose. That entitlement runs for two years from pick-up.
Regardless of that statutory liability for defects, SLIDER grants a one year guarantee against breakage of the frame or rear swing arm.
We also grant a voluntary two year warranty on the battery: we guarantee the battery will still hold 60% of its capacity after two years or 500 full charge cycles, whichever comes first.
All warranty promises apply to private customers on the initial purchase.

Add the bike to the account with its frame number. That registers it for the premium guarantee, and it has to happen within four weeks of purchase.
This guarantee goes beyond the statutory requirements for defect liability, and it applies only where all of the following are true.
In the event of a claim, the fully completed bike logbook must be sent in together with the frame, or the cleaned complete bike. Keep that documentation somewhere safe. We replace the faulty frame or rear swing arm; labour for the conversion and shipping costs are charged.
Claims outside this warranty — compensation, or the inability to use the bike — are not entertained. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
The frame number is stamped on the frame and printed on the carton label. Fields marked * are required.
